Mr Haddad assists industrialists by recommending suitable law firms for company start-ups, conducting preliminary feasibility studies and identifying consulting firms capable of performing comprehensive feasibility studies tailored to the client’s product. Mr. Haddad’s responsibility also includes establishing a financial model for the project, structuring the company, completing necessary forms (if applicable) for a loan request from public and private financial institutions, and applying for the plant’s location from the relevant public authorities, including obtaining construction permits. For contractors, Mr Haddad prepares market feasibility studies for targeted sectors, helps with registration and classification within relevant ministries, assists in preparing bidding documents and facilitates tender submissions. He establishes an effective communication system with employers and ensures that project-related payments are consistent and timely. He also addresses issues that arise during project execution, prepares for unseen events, and manages projects handovers while working to reclaim the performance bond.
